Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Eligible subjects are patients with acute aortic dissection or intramural hematoma aged 18 years and above, and the diagnostic criteria are based on 2014 ESC guidelines on the diagnosis and treatment of aortic diseases and 2021 Chinese expert consensus on the diagnosis and treatment of acute aortic syndrome. The specific standards are as follows: 1) Aortic CTA (Computed Tomography Angiography) confirms the diagnosis of aortic dissection or intramural hematoma; 2) Onset time<=14 days.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Complicated with acute heart failure, acute stroke, acute myocardial infarction, cardiac tamponade, massive aortic hemorrhage and other critical conditions upon admission; 2) Complicated with delirium, irritability and other psychiatric symptoms after admission that makes it impossible to accurately assess blood pressure, heart rate, etc.; 3) Refuse to sign the informed consent form, etc.
