Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: 1. Diagnosed as schizophrenia according to ICD-10, with a history of >=1 year, 2. Age 18-65, 3. Right-handed, 4. After taking a fixed dose and type of antipsychotics for more than 12 weeks, significant negative symptoms persist, that is, SNASS score >=20 5. No physical therapy such as rTMS, transcranial direct current, or electroshock has been performed in the past six months; 6. The patient's guardian or other family members gave informed consent to the study and signed the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria: 1. History of nervous system, past history of craniocerebral trauma, space-occupying disease, encephalitis and other organic lesions; 2. A history of alcohol, drug, or other psychoactive substance abuse 3. Patients with bipolar disorder, depression, or other psychiatric disorders 4. Suffer from serious internal diseases, including cardiovascular system, urinary system, respiratory system and digestive system, and other serious physical diseases;5. Patients who have recently planned to become pregnant, are pregnant or breastfeeding 6. The previous treatment of tDCS was not effective.
