Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Over 65 years old,ASA level 1-3,Patients undergoing radical resection of esophageal cancer under general anesthesia combined with epidural anesthesia.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Serious cardiovascular adverse events occurred during the operation; 2. Preoperative history of epilepsy, dementia and mental disorders; 3. patients with hearing and visual impairment before surgery; 4. Patients with severe brain, heart, liver, lung and kidney diseases before operation; Preoperative history of psychotropic drug abuse or a long history of alcoholism; Incomplete clinical data.
