Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Definition, diagnosis and classification criteria of cerebral palsy in the Chinese Guidelines for Rehabilitation of Cerebral palsy (2022) . 2. The age is 1-8 years. 3. GMFCS (Gross motor function Classification System) is III-V. 4. Development Quotient (DQ) value of children's neuropsychological development scale: DQ>=25. 5. The enrolled children were registered for treatment with the consent of their parent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. uncontrolled epilepsy; 2. With severe bone problems such as scoliosis Cobb > 40, hip displacement MP > 33%; 3. Congenital metabolic diseases and spinal cord diseases; 4. Autoimmune diseases, infectious and infectious diseases; 5. Participated in other clinical researchers in the past 3 months. 6. Those considered unsuitable by the researcher
