Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Gestational age < 37 weeks; (2) Admitted to the hospital within 24 hours after birth; (3) The mother can provide colostrum; (4) Informed consent of the guardian before the study. If the patient meet the above 4 criteria, he can be included in the study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Premature infants born with severe deformities requiring surgical operations; (2) Preterm infants whose mothers have a history of substance abuse or HIV or HBV or HCV infection and have contraindications to breastfeeding; (3) Preterm infants with congenital gastrointestinal or kidney abnormalities or severe digestive tract malformations; (4) Preterm infants with early onset sepsis or who received blood transfusion within 24 hours after birth; (5) Preterm infants who received endotracheal intubation during hospitalization. If the patient meet any of the above 5 criteria, he will be excluded.
