18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Age 18-70 years old, gender is not limited, diagnosed as primary pterygium; (2) Voluntary to the study; (3) be able to follow and complete the follow-up plan; (4) Patients with pterygium that affects appearance or vision.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Diplopterygium, pseudopterygium, recurrent pterygium; (2) Patients with a history of abnormal coagulation function and rheumatic immune system diseases; (3) Patients with ocular surface diseases such as blepharitis, Sjogren's syndrome and dry eye, chronic dacryocystitis; (4) Pregnant and lactating patients; (5) Patients with allergies; (6) Those who are unwilling to participate in this clinical trial; (7) Long-term history of topical ocular medication; (8) active inflammation (systemic or eye); (9) Combined with other major diseases of the eye (glaucoma, retinal detachment, macular hemorrhage, etc.)
