Interventions

Limb remote ischemic postconditioning group:Inflate and pressurize the left lower limb blood pressure cuff to 200mmHg for 5min, and then deflate for 5min
Control group:The left lower limb adopts the same technique, but the cuff is not inflated

18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. patients and their families signed informed consent, surgery and anesthesia consent ; 2. ASA grade I-III ; 3. Good cognitive function, no surgical contraindications ; 4. Patients aged 18-75 years identified for hepatectomy.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Local limb infection ; 2. Severe renal insufficiency ; ( glomerular filtration rate < 30ml / min / 1.73m2 ) ; 3. Severe liver dysfunction ; ( Child-Pugh C ) ; 4. patients with repeated liver resection ; 5. Peripheral vascular disease ; 6. a history of cryosurgery, radiofrequency ablation or chemotherapy ; 7. Uncontrolled diabetes and sepsis.
