65 Years to 100 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Age >=65 years old, gender unlimited; (2) ASA I~III; (3) Scheduled non-cardiac surgery under general anesthesia; (4) The expected operation time is longer than 30 minutes; (5) Clearly understand the research process, voluntarily participate in the study, and sign the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, severe damage of liver, kidney and lung function; (2) Heart surgery, emergency surgery; (3) Induction of inhalation anesthesia, non-tracheal intubation, combined nerve block or intraspinal anesthesia; (4) Non-tracheal intubation or two or more tracheal intubation attempts; (5) Refuse to participate.
