18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Clear diagnosis and general anesthesia operation indications; 2. ASA grade I-II; 3. BMI 18 ~ 28kg / m^2; 4. Aged 18-65 years old; 5. No severe cardiopulmonary disease; 6. Normal mental and cognitive function; 7. Patients voluntarily signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Emergency surgery; 2. Patients with severe respiratory, digestive, neurological, blood, liver and kidney function, malignant tumors and other diseases; 3. Patients with a history of sedative or analgesic drugs 3 months before operation ; 4. Operation time > 2h or anesthesia time > 2.5h; 5. iIcomplete bilateral cervical plexus block; 6. Patients who may have drug allergy or contraindications during anesthesia.
