Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. All patients were diagnosed as severe uterine adhesion by hysteroscopy according to the classification and scoring standard of American Reproductive Association; 2. This is the first time that uterine adhesion has been found, and there are fertility requirements; 3. Patients who did not receive hormone therapy before operation; 4. Regular menstruation or normal ovulation by recent B-ultrasound monitoring, or anti-Mullerian hormone (anti-Mullerrianhormone, AMH) test did not indicate a decrease in ovarian reserve function; 5. There are no surgical contraindications and contraindications for the use of estrogen and progesterone or Wenjingyangxue mixture; 6. Patients with amenorrhea need to rule out amenorrhea caused by dysfunction of other parts.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Those who have fertility requirements but whose spouse's semen examination is abnormal; 2. Patients who are allergic to the drugs used in this study; 3. Have genital tuberculosis, polycystic ovary syndrome, endometriosis, submucous myoma of uterus, endometrial polyps, adenomyosis and other diseases affecting pregnancy; 4. Patients with serious heart, liver, kidney diseases or thrombotic diseases.
