Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Fixed employees of the selected unit; 2. Have the Android non-Apple system smartphone or tablet required for the project to be carried out, and be willing to install and use the APP required by the project; 3. Sign a contract to participate in the project, and it is expected that there will be no interruption in participating in the project for 2 and a half years due to long-term leave, going abroad, retirement, or resignation. Employees have the right to withdraw from the study at any time for various reasons, and if the employees interrupt their participation in the project such as vacation, going abroad, retirement or resignation during the implementation of the project, they will be treated according to the missing visit in the subsequent analysis of the results.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Those who refuse to participate in this study; 2. Those who are not suitable for this project: patients with secondary hypertension, type 1 diabetes mellitus, coronary heart disease, stroke acute stage; 3. Pregnant and lactating women; 4. Medical personnel; 5. Complicated by serious diseases, life expectancy does not exceed 2 years; 6. Those whose medical evaluations deem it unsuitable to participate in this project.
