Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The patients were schemed to undergo video-assisted transthoracic surgery in general anesthesia for treatment of lung cancer,and ASA class I - III.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Contraindications of pulmonary sequestration; Severe cardiopulmonary insufficiency; A second operation or transfer was planned within 7 days after surgery; Patients with severe liver and kidney dysfunction were not included in this study.
