40 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Sign the informed consent; 2. ASA classification II~III; 3. Improve the preoperative examination and meet the surgical indications.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Those with poor general condition who are not suitable for surgery, those with severe cardiac and pulmonary dysfunction, those with insufficiency of important organs, those who cannot tolerate surgery, and those with severe anemia (Hb 60g/dl); 2. People with communication barriers (language/physical impairment/culture), which affect the collection of information; 3. Peripheral neuropathy or paresthesia of innervated dermatome at the puncture site/site that needs to be blocked; 4. Infection at the puncture site; 5. Ropivacaine local anesthetic allergy.
