Inclusion criteria: 1. Resident in the survey area and passed age verification; 2. Voluntarily participated in the study and signed the informed consent form; 3. Clear consciousness and able to cooperate in completing the questionnaire interview, health check, and blood test.

Exclusion criteria: 1. Incomplete personal identification information or age verification in the ID card and household information does not match.
