Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Neonates suspected of NEC, clinical manifestations either systemic symptoms: temperature instability, apnea, bradycardia, and lethargy or Gastrointestinal symptoms: gastric retention, vomiting, abdominal distension, bleeding in stool; 2. Onset age was within 30 days after birth; 3. Informed consent of the legal guardian.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe congenital malformation or genetic chromosome abnormality; 2. The legal guardian does not agree to participate in this study; 3. Those who discontinue or give up treatment before a definite diagnosis.
