55 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) Classification I~II

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with sinus bradycardia, atrioventricular block, left atrial hypertrophy, atrial fibrillation or flutter, or pacing heart rate; 2. Patients who used ß receptor blockers before surgery; 3. Patients with thyroid dysfunction; 4. Patients with hypertension or diabetes; 5. Alcohol and drug abusers; 6. Patients with body mass index >30 kg/m^2; 7. Patients with major organ dysfunction, including severe cardiopulmonary dysfunction and central nervous system disorders.
