Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 18-65 years old; 2. Type 2 diabetes mellitus, that is, diagnosed by a doctor, suffering from type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM) for more than 3 months and no more than 8 years; 3. Patients with glycosylated hemoglobin (HbA1c) >= 7%; 4. Patients can use mobile electronic devices by themselves; 5. Agree to participate in this intervention.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The research subjects have severe complications of diabetes, such as diabetic ketoacidosis, diabetic nephropathy, etc.; 2. The research subjects have cognitive, hearing, or a visual impairment, or suffer from severe mental disorders or mental illnesses; 3. The research object is pregnant or suffering from a malignant tumor; 4. The research subjects have participated in other studies of the same type.
