18 Years to 55 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Inclusion criteria of case group: (1) female patients aged between 18 and 46; (2) Diagnosed as tubal inflammatory infertility; (3) No history of immune system diseases, sexually transmitted diseases, serious heart, brain and liver diseases; (4) No history of gynecological cancer, such as cervical cancer, endometrial cancer and other diseases; (5) There was no history of taking hormones, immunosuppressants and antibiotics in the past 1 month; (6) Sign the informed consent form; (7) No cognitive impairment and normal communication. 2. Inclusion criteria of the control group: (1) female patients aged between 18 and 55; (2) Patients diagnosed with tubal pregnancy who need salpingectomy; (3) Patients diagnosed with benign gynecological diseases (such as benign ovarian tumors) who need total hysterectomy or hysterectomy; (4) No history of immune system diseases, sexually transmitted diseases, serious heart, brain and liver diseases; (5) No history of gynecological cancer, such as cervical cancer, endometrial cancer and other diseases; (6) There was no history of taking hormones, immunosuppressants and antibiotics in the past 1 month; (7) Sign the informed consent form; (8) No cognitive impairment and normal communication.
