PO-FMD:Radial artery occlusion

Control group:Conventional ultrasound guided radial artery puncture

Age

18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age: 18-65; 2. BMI value: 18-28; 3. ASA grade I~III; 4. Adult patients with radial artery diameter less than 2.2 mm; 5. Obtain informed consent and sign one copy of informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. A history of forearm surgery within one week before surgery; 2. Ulnar artery occlusion, ipsilateral radial artery catheterization, abnormal Allen test; 3. Skin infection at puncture site.
