Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: PSCI patients were screened according to the diagnostic criteria for "post-stroke cognitive impairment" in the Expert Consensus on the Management of Post-stroke Cognitive Impairment 2021. 1. Patients with a confirmed stroke on CT or MRI. 2. Presence of cognitive impairment: patient complaint or informed report or experienced clinician's judgment of cognitive impairment following a stroke event, and neuropsychological evidence of impairment in more than one cognitive domain or evidence of previous cognitive decline. 3. The presence of cognitive impairment on the MMSE scale screening with a score of <=17 in the illiterate group, <=20 in the elementary group, and <=23 in the secondary or post-primary group, and exclusion of any other cause other than stroke. 4. after a stroke event and with a duration of illness between 2 weeks and 6 months. 5. age 50-70 years. 6. right sharp hand. 7. No previous treatment or trial related to acupuncture. 8. No concomitant illnesses such as depression or psychiatric symptoms.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Impaired consciousness, severe visual, hearing and aphasic impairment, and those who are unable to complete any other health assessment; 2. cognitive impairment due to Alzheimer's disease, hypothyroidism, traumatic brain injury, other degenerative causes such as Alzheimer's disease (AD), Parkinson's disease, etc.; 3. Those with combined tumors, severe organ and endocrine system diseases. 4. Those who are = 70 years old with a disease duration of = 6 months. 5. Patients with major depressive symptoms [17-item Hamilton Depression Rating Scale (HDRS) score >= 24 (twenty-four)]; 6.Taking medications that may affect cognition: e.g. antipsychotics, sedative-hypnotics, antihistamines, theophyllines, etc.; 7. Contraindications to MRI (metallic foreign bodies in the body, cranial defects, electronic devices, etc.), claustrophobia; 8. People who are participating in other research projects, in addition to those who are considered by the investigators to be unsuitable for clinical trials for other reasons.
