Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Female patients who require tamoxifen therapy after surgery (stage I-II) of breast cancer with ER or PR positive, Between 30 to 60 years old.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with endometrial polyps, endometrial hyperplasia, endometrial cancer, ovarian tumors Severe, medical and surgical diseases, diabetic patients with abnormal blood glucose control, abnormal uterine bleeding, patients with a family history of endometrial cancer.
