18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ASA Grade II-IV for patients undergoing general anesthesia, 80 years old > age >18 years old, undergoing cardiopulmonary bypass heart surgery.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with abnormal preoperative blood biochemical indexes; Preoperative use of immunomodulators, hormones, or other systemic inflammatory agents .
