Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with liver disease who plan to undergo RCA-DPMAS & PE; 2. Age >= 18 years old, male or female.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The patient has the following conditions: a history of malignancy or suspected malignancy, planning to receive non-liver organ transplantation or having undergone any organ transplantation. 2. Contraindications for the use of RCA: shock, or uncorrected hypoxemia.
