Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: primiparous women aged 18-35 years old, routine prenatal examination, single birth, head position, full term, parturition, uterine dilation 2-3cm. Volunteer to undergo a vaginal trial. Be informed of this study and sign an informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria: Take sedatives after labor and before entering the labor room. Immediately perform medication or non-medication analgesia other than intervention after entering the delivery room. Severe underlying diseases include heart disease, mental disorders, cancer: ear deformity, or ear skin damage. Essential oil allergy. Olfactory disorders. Hearing impairment. Exit criteria: Within 2 hours after intervention, medication or non-medication analgesia, fetal distress, conversion to cesarean section, or emergency delivery occur, except for intervention methods.
