Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. All participants live in school dormitories for at least two consecutive months; 2. The participants themselves agree to participate in this study and sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Participants with a history of smoking, heart disease, metabolic disorder or asthma, kidney disease, blood clotting disorder, rheumatism or chronic inflammation within the past 6 months were excluded from the study.
