Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Children who visited our department from March 2021 to December 2022 are suspected or diagnosed with ASD for the first time; 2. Children who were at least 24 months old and younger than 48 months old at diagnosis; 3. Children who completed both assessment STAT and assessment CARS. What's more, their conclusions about STAT and CARS are inconsistent; 4. Children will be followed up within 6 months to complete assessment ADOS and repeat a comprehensive clinical diagnosis; 5. Children's legal guardians have signed informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Children with incomplete data; 2. Children who have severe known organic lesions interfered with the study(Known organic brain abnormalities are ruled out by physical examination, electroencephalogram, or MRI, and hearing abnormalities are ruled out by audiometry).
