Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Children with unilateral humeral or radial fractures requiring closed reduction and internal fixation; 2. ASA grades I-II; 3. Aged 3 to 6 years old, no limit on gender; 4. BMI between 18~30kg/m^2.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Allergic to ropivacaine or(and)other drugs; 2. Infection in operation area; 3. Elevated blood pressure or(and)intraocular pressure or(and)intracranial pressure; 4. The time of operation exceeds two hours; 5. Cardio-pulmonary dysfunction; 6. Cognitive dysfunction or(and)epileptic children; 7. Signing name on informed consent document; 8. Taking sedative drugs over a long period of time; 9. Enhanced muscle tone.
