Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Children who visited our department from March 2021 to August 2022 are suspected or diagnosed with ASD for the first time; 2. Children who were at least 24 months and younger than 48 months at diagnosis; 3. Complete assessment STAT or assessment CARS; 4. Children have two clear clinical diagnoses: they are comprehensive diagnoses made by specialists based on DSM-? diagnostic criteria; 5. Children's legal guardians have signed informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Children with incomplete data; 2. Children have severe known organic lesions interfered with the study(Known organic brain abnormalities are ruled out by physical examination, electroencephalogram, or MRI, and hearing abnormalities are ruled out by audiometry).
