Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: All the autistic subjects completed the clinical case table by the doctor, excluded other diseases, and took face-to-face consultation, strictly counting the conditions for enrollment: (1) Normal hearing; (2) Normal vision; (3) Focus, no hyperactivity symptoms; (4) No nervous and physiological disorder; (5) No history of epilepsy; (6) No abnormality before, during and after birth; (7) No conscious disease and head injury with brain symptoms; (8) No central nervous system disease, obvious limb disease and convulsion history; (9) No convulsive disorder, sudden headache, enuresis; (10) Fecal incontinence, stuttering, behavior disorder; (11) No history of taking psychotropic drugs or drinking; (12) No chromosome disease, no metabolic disease, grandpa hypertension, father convulsion.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Other neurodevelopmental disorders (1) Mental retardation (2) Attention deficit/hyperactivity disorder (3) Communication barriers (4) Specific learning disabilities (5) Dyskinesia (6) Type of tic disorder 2. The following conditions occur in clinical testing (including but not limited to) (1) Neurological and physiological disorders (2) Prenatal, perinatal and postnatal abnormalities (3) Chromosome diseases, metabolic diseases (4) Heart disease or previous heart disease (5) Craniocerebral trauma (6) Consciousness disorder (7) Epilepsy (8) Serious cerebral ischemia or cerebral hemorrhage (9) Subjects had a history of alcohol abuse, drug abuse or mental illness (10) Subjects have participated in any other clinical researchers within 3 months before joining this clinical study (11) The researcher believes that there are other circumstances that are not suitable for the subject to participate in this study 3. Ultra high field intensity magnetic resonance scanning (1) In vivo surgical implantation, metal fixation, contraceptive ring and cardiac pacemaker (2) Non operative foreign bodies, shrapnel, metal debris, etc (3) Sputtering residue (4) Medical foreign body, tattoo, eyebrow tattoo, false teeth and braces (5) Claustrophobia and other mental diseases (6) Pregnancy (7) Paste and warm the baby (8) Fever (9) Special disease history needs to be reported, such as heart disease and epilepsy history.
