50 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age between 50 and 80; 2. More than 6 years of education and can finish the neuropsychological assessment; 3. Patients with more than one risk factors of cerebrovascular diseases or having no severe symptoms of stroke (NIHSS <= 3 scores); 4. Achieve the consent from patients or their relatives.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients whose cognitive impairment are caused by other diseases except cerebrovascular diseases; 2. Patients with severe aphasia, dysarthria, visual and auditory impairment; 3. Patients with mental diseases which may affect their cooperation in the test; 4. Patients with systemic iron metabolism abnormalities or diseases that can lead to brain iron deposition; 5. Patients with contraindications for cranial MRI; 6. Vitamin D3 intake greater than 800IU/d or supplemental calcium intake greater than 1200mg/d.
