Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 18-28 years old (>=18 years old and <=28 years old); 2. Have a history of unilateral ankle sprain, and subjectively feel that the ankle joint is unstable; 3. Cumberland ankle instability score <=24; 4. The patient agrees and signs the informed consent form, and can cooperate to complete all testing procedures according to the instructions.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Lower limb surgery and neurological dysfunction accompanied by balance disorders (such as acute ankle sprain, Parkinson's disease, Alzheimer's disease, stroke, multiple sclerosis); 2. Vestibular balance dysfunction; 3. Foot deformities or scars, skin lesions of the lower limbs on the affected side; 4. There is a history of surgery, hypertension, diabetes, fracture, infection, etc.; 5. Patients with respiratory, circulatory, urogenital and other related organ diseases, or malignant tumors, etc.; 6. Pregnant women and lactating women; 7. Those who are receiving other treatments or taking related drugs.
