Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >= 18, regardless of gender; 2. ASA I~III; 3. Thoracoscopic pulmonary surgery under general anesthesia; 4. Clearly understand the research process, voluntarily participate in the study, and sign the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Refuse to participate; 2. Emergency operation; 3. Thoracoscopic surgery was not performed or the operation mode was changed; 4. History of chronic pain; 5. Patients with previous thoracic surgery; 6. If reoperation is needed within 3 months after the initial operation, the patients shall be excluded retrospectively; 7. Preoperative cognitive impairment or inability to communicate effectively.
