Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Obtained a national physician or nurse practitioner certificate; 2. Working years in the operating room > 3 years; 3. Voluntarily participate in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Auxiliary nurses who do not participate in the operation tour and hand washing work; 2. Those who drop out during the survey process; 3. Those who fill in more than 20% of the questionnaires or whose answers are identical or wavy.
