Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with past or newly diagnosed as "primary angle-closure glaucoma"; Goldmann intraocular pressure >=21mmHg or intraocular pressure =21mmHg or intraocular pressure = 26mm; no mental illness, clear consciousness, free movement, can actively cooperate with MRI examination; 5.Patients who have been or newly diagnosed as "age-related cataracts"; have no mental illness, have clear consciousness, and can actively cooperate with MRI examination.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The history of previous eye surgery; 2. Patients with acute angle-closure glaucoma; 3. Patients with secondary glaucoma caused by lens semi-distation, uveitis, iris neovascular, trauma, tumor, etc.; 4. Patients with artificial pacemakers and artificial heart valves; patients with foreign metal objects in the eyes, intracranial and other parts of the body; 5. Patients with mental illnesses such as claustrophobia who cannot adapt to the MRI examination environment; 6. Female patients during pregnancy; 7. Minors, restrictive or completely incapacitating.
