Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >=18 years old; 2. The first, unilateral onset of sudden deafness; 3. The course of disease <1 month, without any invasive nerve block treatment; 4. The pure sound hearing test met the diagnostic criteria of the 2015 Sudden Deaf Diagnosis and Treatment Guidelines.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Infection at the puncture site or systemic infection; 2. Severe coagulation abnormalities; 3. History of neck surgery; 4. Central nerve or peripheral neuropathy; 5. Those who cannot cooperate to complete the project follow-up.
