Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The diagnosis was in line with the 2019 Chinese Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of vascular cognitive Impairment; 2. Age >= 50 years; 3. Montreal Cognitive Assessment (MoCA) score = 7.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Parkinson's disease, Alzheimer's disease and other neurological diseases that cause cognitive impairment; 2. Autoimmune diseases, malignant tumors, severe abnormalities of liver and kidney function, material addiction and poisoning that affect the results of the study; 3. Symptoms affecting neuropsychological assessment, such as severe aphasia, visual and auditory impairment, sensorimotor impairment and mental disorders.
