Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Children with food allergy aged between 0-6 ; 2. lgE above 100 IU/ mL; 3. Symptoms > 8mm in the skin prick test; 4. Experimental group took probiotics, zinc compound B nutrient agent, and hydrolyzed protein formula and milk for 6 months, and was seen for follow-up for 6 months after cutting off, to evaluate whether the lactic acid bacteria can promote tolerance; 5. To evaluate the influence of hydrolyzed protein formula milk, the control group took the hydrolyzed formula for 6 months only and was seen for follow-up for 6 months after cutting off.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. With non allergenic disease or chronic disease; 2. With severe food allergy reactions, such as hypotensionprostrationhypoxia? shock etc.; 3. With ß-blockers?cardiovascular disease or asthma not well controlled; 4. With indwelling catheters?esophagostomy?gastronomy etc.; 5. With taking other probiotic products; 6. Allergic to saccharides such as polydextrose?fructooligosaccharide(FOS), glucose(subsidiary material).
