Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. The gestational age of the infants is 24 weeks ~44 weeks; 2. The age of admission was 0-28 days (full-term infants) or the corrected age of admission was <= 44 weeks; 3. Conform to the NICU admission category; 4. The parents' consenting is completed.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. OAE cannot be completed due to congenital structural deformity of the external auricle or local trauma; 2. The hearing screening is not completed due to the transfer of children to other departments or hospitals in a short time after admission for various reasons; 3. The child is still in the state of endotracheal intubation when the parents give up treatment.
