30 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Clinical diagnosis of ischemic or hemorrhagic stroke; (2) Age 30-75 years old; (3) The duration of stroke ranged from 1 month to 8 months; (4) Hemiplegic plantar flexors MMAS score greater than 1; (5) Be able to maintain supine or prone position for 30 minutes; (6) Be able to follow oral commands and sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Ankle muscle contracture on the affected side; (2) Recent (within 1 month) adjustment of the type or dose of antispasmodic drugs and/or injection of botulinum toxin into spasmodic muscles within 3 months; (3) Contraindications to extracorporeal shock wave therapy (such as uncontrolled hypertension, malignant tumors, deep vein thrombosis, hemorrhagic diseases, coagulopathy, skin breakage, fever, history of cancer, pregnancy, lactation, etc.); (4) MMSE score<18 points.
