Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) The age of the patient is over 18 years old, male or female. (2) Patients diagnosed with mucin abnormal dry eye according to the 2020 Chinese dry eye expert consensus. (3) No history of use of diquafosol sodium in the past 1 week. (4) Total treatment time> 6 months. Each patient was studied with one eye, and if both eyes met the inclusion criteria, the right eye was selected as the study eye. (5) Those who have not received other dry eye related treatment within 1 month before coming to our outpatient clinic. (6) Fully informed, willing to sign informed consent and complete visits. Those who do not suffer from mental and psychological diseases, and can cooperate with ophthalmic examinations and complete follow-up.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients with acute infection or inflammatory lesions on the ocular surface. (2) Patients with a history of previous ocular laser, surgery, or trauma. (3) Patients with incomplete eyelid closure, conjunctival relaxation, ectropion, blepharospasm. (4) Those who are under the age of 18 or over 70 years old, suffer from mental or mental illness, and are unable to cooperate. (5) Pregnant or lactating women. (6) Drugs that affect ocular surface function have been applied within half a year. (7) Patients with strabismus and amblyopia. (8) Patients with other refractive medium diseases. (9) Patients with severe systemic diseases and immunocompromised.
