Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria of caregivers: ? Care of a patient diagnosed with Alzheimer's disease or vascular dementia for more than 1 month, weekly care duration =72 hours, expected to continue for 8 weeks; ? Have a smart phone; ? serious physical or mental illness.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? participated in caregiver support related intervention projects in the last 3 months; ? The patient under care is participating in drug trials or other intervention trials.
