Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: Patients with liver disease who had liver histological examination in Zhenjiang Third Hospital affiliated to Jiangsu University from October 2005 to December 2022 were included in the case source and diagnostic criteria.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria: Patients with liver histological specimens that do not meet the requirements, such as those with less than six catchment areas and those without iron staining.
