MR multisequence imaging was performed within 1 month before radiofrequency ablation. (B) The subjects underwent ultrasound guided radiofrequency ablation (the ablation range was evaluated to be above the safety boundary of 5mm during the operation), and obtained pathological samples for pathological analysis, immunohistochemical analysis and gene spectrum analysis.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (A) Incomplete MR imaging data; (B) Have received anti-tumor treatment, such as transcatheter hepatic artery chemoembolization (TACE), targeted drug therapy, radiotherapy, etc; (C) Those who cannot perform ultrasound fusion imaging during operation to assess whether the ablation scope covers the lesion and its safe boundary; (C) The obtained pathological specimens failed to meet the relevant analysis of pathological tissues; (D) The maximum diameter of the lesion is less than 1 cm; (D) Infection with hepatitis C virus or other risk factors leading to cirrhosis; (E) There was no anti HBV DNA treatment or the treatment was not standardized.
