Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Participants of American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) I-II must be aged between 18 to 80 and be high risk population of OSA patients assessed by STOP-BANG scale, undergoing open hepatectomy under combined general and epidural anesthesia. Participants will be required to provide written, informed consent to be eligible to participate in this trial.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: The exclusion criteria will include neuropsychiatric diseases, long-term use of psychotropic and analgesics, alcoholism, consciousness disorder, language dysfunction, communication disorder, severe cardiopulmonary, liver and kidney dysfunction, allergic to test drugs, and postoperative admission to intensive care unit (ICU).
