Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. No age limitation, no gender limitation; 2. Diagnostic criteria: (1) Consistent with the national chronic Hepatitis B Prevention and control guidelines 2019 edition: (referring to chronic liver inflammatory disease Hepatitis B surface antigen (HBsAg) and/or HBV-DNA positive caused by HBV persistent infection for more than 6 months, or confirmed by liver tissue biopsy); (2) Diagnosis and treatment of primary biliary cholangitis meet the 2021 Guidelines of the Chinese Society of Hepatology of the Chinese Medical Association: diagnosis can be achieved by meeting two of the following three criteria: 1) Biochemical evidence of cholestasis (mainly elevated ALP and GGT), and imaging excluding extrhepatic or intrahepatic bold duct obstruction; 2) Positive for AMA/AMA-M2 or other PBC-specific autoantibodies (anti-GP210 antibody, anti-SP100 antibody); 3) Histological evidence of non-suppurative destructive cholangitis and small bile duct destruction.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Any one of the following is not eligible: (1) There is no follow-up record and the clinical data is incomplete; (2) Patients with mental disorders and other serious diseases;
