Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1)18 years old=Age<70 years old; (2) Patients who meet the diagnostic criteria of Chinese and Western medicine for insomnia, take more than 1mg of estazolam for = 6 months (3) No serious organic diseases such as cardiovascular disease, liver and kidney dysfunction and psychosis; (4) Volunteer to participate in this study and sign informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Those who use other drugs for insomnia other than eszolam; (2) Patients with severe heart, brain, kidney and liver diseases; Patients with depression, anxiety, schizophrenia and other serious mental diseases; (3) Alcoholism or other material dependence; (4) Those who use other therapies during the treatment period, resulting in failure to determine the efficacy. (5) Pregnant women, lactating women, people with skin allergy and adverse reactions to acupuncture; (6) Bad living habits (such as smoking, drinking, playing electronic products for a long time, etc.) affect sleepers;
