Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. He was diagnosed with type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM) according to WHO criteria. 2. Age =18 years old; 3. HbA1c 7.0%-10%; 4. No hypoglycemic drugs or metformin alone for at least three months; 5. Duration of diabetes < 1 year; 6. The patient understands the study content and agrees to sign a written informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with other types of diabetes except T2DM; 2. Severe dysfunction of liver, kidney, heart and other organs; 3. Use glucocorticoid drugs, insulin, insulin secretagogue and other drugs that increase body weight during medication; 4. Those deemed inappropriate by the physician in charge of the study.
