18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? The age of the patients was 18-80 years old; (2) Shoulder pain with limited movement, especially abductor and forward flexion, and pain duration =3 months; ? Those who have not received exercise therapy or similar treatment in the past two weeks; (4) The subjects could tolerate near infrared functional brain imaging.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? with other serious diseases of the shoulder; ? have serious motor, cognitive, consciousness, emotional disorders, unable to carry out active rehabilitation; ? Severe internal diseases, such as hemorrhagic diseases, severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular dysfunction, polyneuropathy. Or other special physical conditions, it is necessary to restrict exercise; ? Patients who are unwilling to conduct clinical research.
