Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: From January 2023 to December 2023 12 T2DM patients and 12 DKD patients were admitted to the Department of Endocrinology and the Department of Nephrology, in the Second Hospital of Hebei Medical University.The diagnostic criteria of T2DM and DKD were based on the ctiteria of American Diabetes Association (ADA)the urinary albumin/creatinine ratio (UACR):normoalbuminuria<30mg/g creatinine; albuminuria=30 mg/g creatinine,two of three specimens of UACR collected within a 3 to 6 months should be abnormal before a clinical diagnosis of DKD.The normal control group was the healthy subjects who visited the physical examination department of the Second Hospital of Hebei Medical University during the same period.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with type 1 diabetes or other special types of diabetic nephropathy 2. Patients with chronic kidney disease not caused by diabetes or various types of acute urinary tract disease 3. Patients with diabetic ketosis, ketoacidosis, hyperglycemia and hyperotonic state and other acute complications; diabetic podiatry and cardiovascular or cerebrovascular chronic complications 4. Patients with diseases such as malignant tumor, autoimmune system, acute infection or history of infection in the past month 5. Patients who have recently taken glucocorticoids or nephrotoxic drugs.
