18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with ASA status of II-III, aged 18-65 years, BMI between 18 to 28kg/m2 who are scheduled for hepatectomy under general anesthesia.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with previous abdominal surgery, endocrine or immune system diseases(eg. diabetes, thyroid disorder or rheumatic disease), treatment with adrenocortical hormone, non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs or other agents affecting immunity before surgery, previous chemotherapy treatment, who are allergic to any drugs used in this trial, NYHA III or ?, history of metastasis through intrahepatic vessels or other organs, infection in puncture sites and etc.
